QuickBooks Accounting Help and Assistance

QuickBooks can provide useful and timely information in the form of financial statements, reports and graphs. However, it can only provide this information if you purchase the right product and then install, setup and use it properly. We don't just help you use the software, we help you use it more efficiently and more effectively.

Black & Soli, P.C., CPA offers the following solutions to help meet your QuickBooks needs:

Personal Training

We train you personally! Either one-on-one or several individuals within your organization at your company's location.

Installation

We install QuickBooks on your stand alone computer or in a network environment, in either single- or multi-user mode.

Setup

We assist new QuickBooks users with initial setup including: EasyStep Interview, Preferences, Lists, Customers, Vendors, Employees, Banking and Reports. We also help experienced users manage their businesses more effectively by improving their current setup. Many users experience problems and lack the ability to generate and track important information as a result of inadequate setup.

Support

Our QuickBooks support service can assist you with any installation, setup or operation assistance you might need. In addition, our support is not limited just to the software part of it, but we can also provide accounting and payroll assistance.

Review

Our QuickBooks review service helps companies that have the human resources to perform daily accounting and payroll tasks, but need an accounting and payroll expert to review your transactions, accounts and reports. This review ensures that you receive timely, relevant and reliable financial information. We also inform you of any corrections, adjustments or reclassifications necessary to ensure that the financial information you receive reflects the correct financial condition of your business. Reviews may be conducted at any time, but monthly reviews provide you with up-to-date information and feedback about your business.

Personal Representative Services

Personal representative/executor/trustee services are provided by Stephen Joseph Soli, Sr., and Betty L. Soli. Family members often reside in other states and will find it difficult to administer a family member's estate in Arizona. Additionally, they may not be familiar with either federal or Arizona state law.

Families often do not wish to burden their loved ones with estate administration or feel that naming one or more siblings as executor or co-executors could cause unnecessary conflicts within the family. In cases like these, our clients have found that choosing us as personal representative/executor/trustee provides peace of mind knowing that their estate will be handled personally by professionals, not passed off to lower level staff as so often becomes the case in large trust companies.

Fees are established before hand, providing the client with the additional peace of mind of knowing what portion of the estate will be preserved for heirs.

With experience in multi-million dollar estate administration, Stephen and Betty are the right choice for experience and professionalism in performing personal representative/executor/trustee services

Elder Care Services

Our Elder Care Service Division offers a vast array of services depending on the clients needs. Services vary from the basics of paying bills and depositing funds, to more complex services such as managing or overseeing management of rental properties, farms, personal residence, etc, evaluating long term financial needs, legal documents such as General Power of Attorney, Medical Directives, Trusts, Wills, and related legal documents. We accept clients at various stages of the aging process; however we can provide our best advisory services by establishing relationships early on in order to provide affective planning for later needs. We encourage prospective clients to establish relations with us now and maintain a long term relationship which enables us not only to plan ahead, but to monitor those plans over time.

We work closely with our client's Attorney, Financial Advisors, Medical Professionals, Geriatric Case Manager, and family to insure that needs and goals in all of these areas are well coordinated. Monthly reports are provided to all appropriate parties. An engagement letter is prepared and agreed to by all parties concerned detailing the services to be provided and a stipulation is included that our services are on a fee for service basis. No gifts will be accepted from our clients by any of our staff and no staff member will accept being named as an heir to the client, thus insuring to the client and family that our services remain strictly professional.

Our goal is to assist our clients in increasing their probability of aging gracefully and living their lives to the fullest.
